RecommendedI normally don’t post on sites but tonight I have very mixed feelings about McKay and the direction of care they are providing for the patient entrusted to their care. My father in law has been hospitalized five times in the past two months and I firmly believe that had they kept him until he was well on the road to recovery he would not have been back numerous times. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Treated my mom with such respect and kindness. Would highly recommended.
I would like to say the nurses in the surgical center and after are simply amazing. Kelci has been my nurse all night. She has been patient, sweet and kind. She sat in my room and held my hand when I cried and was alone. I believe she deserves recognition for her hard work. She is truly an amazing RN.
These caring, loving, loyal honest people are just this!!!! I thank God for putting me here at this hospital. Thank ya very much all you loving people!!!!!
Every single tech, registration personnel, nurse, aide, and doctor that I interacted with during my stay was absolutely wonderful. IHC is doing a wonderful job at recruiting the right type of folks and training them to genuinely care for their patients as neighbors and members of the their own community and not just as 'customers.'
my baby is in the nicu. it's been 2 weeks.. the nurses are so good at what they do in there. An I am diabetic so the staff at fetal medicine was awesome too. An my stay at postpartum were good too. I've spent a lot of time there they've been AMAZING
The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Also very clean and tidy, modern hospital.
I HIGHLY recommended all of my friends and family to stay FAR away from this hospital due to the negligence and the lack of bedside manor that was give to me during my “care”. I left and went to Ogden regional because of how bad my care was there... I was threatened and also pushed by one of your nurses! I will be calling my lawyer in the morning to let her know how I was treated by your staff! Thank God for Ogden Regional! They were kind and caring and not once did someone tell me to be quiet because I was moaning in pain! ... read more
