A pleasant experience from the initial greeting at service area to the job completion. Everyone is polite and service is fast. The waiting area is nice, especially the coffee. I really like my Prius.
Extremely disappointed with 2006 Murano we purchased less then a year a 7000 miles ago. The day after i purchased it, The battery died leaving my wife stranded on the road, Alignment was off when purchased, So far i have replaced The battery, Corroded battery terminals, 2 o2 sensors, A faulty pcm relay that had been recalled and should have been replaced before it was put on the lot, Soon to be an alternator (On order) and the dvd player had a broken disc in it. I felt very comfortable and the entire process was smooth and professionally/pleasantly done. The new features were explained and gone through thoroughly which helped me feel completely confident in my new car (which performs like a dream). It was a wonderful experience!

Bought a used Honda Odyssey last night and Frank Abalos was our salesman. It was a wonderful experience the whole way through! No BS, no pressure at all. The finance department was efficient & friendly. Love my van & highly recommend!
