Out of all the dealerships we have been to, we have by far had the best experience at Toyota of Iowa. All the employees at Toyota of Iowa City are super friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad experience whether it was with the sales team or the service team. We enjoy every visit to Toyota of Iowa City because of the staff and we wouldn’t want to buy a car anywhere else. We highly recommend buying from this dealership and their continued care program is a great plus!
Every business should take a look at Toyota of IC's service department. They are the epitome of what a customer service department should be. Had an odd issue come up on my 4runner after service and they didn't even think twice to remedy what possibly was not their problem. Charlie & the team were amazing to deal with and got me fixed right up! I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you again!
We are very loyal Toyota drivers so we assumed our experience here would be exceptional like our local Toyota dealer. However we were incredibly disappointed in the stereotypical used salesman that lied to us to get us in the door. Then there was a mistake made on our title (from the dealership) and instead of rectifying they had us drive the 45+ miles to fix it. Highly recommend giving Toyota of Iowa city a chance, i dealt with Troy on two used cars in two days and he wasn't pushy and knew what he was talking about. He was very down to earth and easy to deal with. So when you go, ask for Troy!
Just picked up our family's 7th vehicle that we have purchased over the last 27 years from Toyota of Iowa City! The vehicles are fine but this dealer has the worst service department I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I highly recommend you get all of your service work done by any other means possible.
They are always ready to help us whether it's buying a vehicle or helping us with vehicle maintenance. And very friendly too.
