Last service was my first experience with Toyota of Iowa City and it was very disappointing. It seems they don't do Vehicle inspection properly and just tick mark on inspection checklist. They never told that the brake pads need to be replaced. I now have completely worn out pads and damaged brake rotor...
Wonderful customer service. They check with you before fixing something. A wonderful area to wait or a service car to take you anywhere.

When coming in the service lane a service writer greets you promptly, asked if I needed a shuttle ride or would be waiting, walked me to the waiting area. They washed my car, serviced the car in a timely manor and even adjusted my parking brake cable at no additional cost. Great service and highly recommend!
always had good experiences with parts but pretty much et ignored in sales dept. spent 20 minutes today in showroom opening doors & folding seats down on Sienna & Highlander. Not one person approached me. Looked @ a couple vehicles outside & same. Had a couple q but if they don't come to me I aint goin to them. @ Cedar Rapids Toyota mow
