I went in for my maintenance for my new RAV4 and it was done very fast and very efficiently.

WOW!!!! Shane Peden and the team @ Toyota of Iowa City are absolutely great!!! They worked to put me into a very hard to get 4Runner TRD Pro. I live in Michigan 8.5 hours away and yet they were able to secure the entire deal over the phone, including a trade! My daughter took her 2000 Toyota Rav 4 for service, and was given an estimate of about $1500 to replace the engine control module. I told them to go ahead and repair the vehicle (cheaper than a new one, right?), and today they called to say the part they originally priced was incorrect, and the savings would be almost $600. So, instead of a $1500 repair bill we got it repaired for about $900 (with a service coupon). They could have easily just stuck with the original amount...I'd have never known and had just forked over the... read more
