Awesome customer service.
Horrible experience! We had spoken to a dealer about a Toyota being repaired. She told us when it would be ready to view. We waited and called every couple of days. We were willing to purchase sight unseen. Third call while waiting for it and she SOLD IT! So angry. Poor salesperson! We will support a different dealership from now on!!
Very grateful to Stephanie at Toyota of Iowa City. Our car had been totaled and I was not looking forward to car shopping with two kids in tow. Stephanie was so helpful and didn't pressure us at all or try to talk us into anything we didn't want or need. She made it a great sales experience, and I am happy to recommend her.
