Very poor experience with Toyota of Iowa City. Failed to hold up their end of the warranty. $1 is more important to them than doing the right thing. Please stop selling inferior products, especially when you don’t stand by them.

Bought a certified 2017 highlander from them less than a month ago and already have had an electrical problem with it where it wouldn’t go over 20mph and they wouldn’t tow it there I had to drive it on a weekend once I got it there I asked for a similar loaner vehicle or a full size car and got a Toyota Corolla got all sorts of excuses of why they couldn’t give me a bigger vehicle for my vehicle back claimed it needed a computer update whatever also was lied to when I asked the dealer for updates on the vehicle said it was b... read more
