I contact McGrath Honda of St Charles about a used vehicle. We negotiated and out the door price over the phone including a manager agree to the price and holding the vehicle for us as we had a 4 hour drive to get there. mechanics don't assess and diagnose correctly - they didn't correctly diagnose a failed a/c condenser on a new car with less than 10,000 miles. they tried telling me it was from small rocks. that's impossible because of where the condenser is and there was no rock damage to the front of the car. When meeting with Edward R. the salesman to discuss a price, he gave us a summary of the charges including title fees, license fees, and sales tax.
