We found the vehicle we wanted on their website after doing a lot of research of the vehicle we wanted and visited other dealerships. They had the vehicle and the price we wanted. Called them 3 times to inquire about the vehicle. **** the used car sales manager and ******** tried to rip me off off **** dollars and give me an interest rate 2 points above my good credit worthiness they also charged me 595 dollars for a paint and dent service I did not receive I also cancelled the tire insurance and received a recipient saying they were refunding both if I took my negative review down from ****** then ********* the finance manager stated I would have a credit for 342 back to my auto loan and receive a check for the 595 on the paint service he admitted I... read more
Dealership has no honor whatsoever...Sleazy sales manager ***** knew of an existing issue at the time of sale of my vehicle and decided to dishonor the promise to resolve the issue noted, again, at the time of sale.Granted life happens and I was unable to come to into the dealership before the termination of the ** term, but just goes to show customer service is all show and no go...In fact I told them I drove all the way from ******* to get this fix done but they didn't care or wink an eye to help me out when I needed them.... read more

Please do not go here to save yourselves a nightmare! "Purchased" the vehicle on July 28. Came back Monday, July 31st.My first payment is Due Aug./30. Yesterday I found out they have not funded my old loan and that I am now being reported for a late payment on my old loan. Worst car buying experience i had ever had. The only thing good about it was the sales rep and that is it. Would highly recommend avoiding this dealership! Im not sure how I wound up buying a car from here. I went to look at a Honda odyssey and found one on the lot I liked. I checked the price online and confirmed. I had received an online cash offer for my trade in for $29,000 which they refused to match. They came back and said it was only worth $23,000.
