From the moment I parked I was created by ****. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He was very descriptive with the van and knew a lot about it. Which helped me make my decision a lot faster. The purchase of the vehicle was fast and easy. There was a small hick up and **** took care of it right away. He went above and beyond to get me my vehicle. I am very happy and satisfied with how **** works. We will definitely refer him to our family ans friends.
Rock solid team. ********************* and the sales group found me a great vehicle and even helped me confirm it would fit my budget. I felt no pressure. The finance manager ***** got me a very good extended warranty for peace of mind and made the paperwork painless. Would recommend.
Very disappointed with the service department at McGrath Honda of St. Charles. My daughter lost her only car key to her 2010 Honda Fit. Contacted McGrath about a replacement which they agreed to order. They insisted she had to have the car towed to McGrath which cost her $200! She then found her original key and told ***** from the service department. My family and I worked with Aldo and his manager ****** We came in not sure of what to expect and really having to buy a car due to a terrible car accident. We were able to test drive two types of SUVs, and we were met with a lot of patience and respect. This process is stressful as it is but Aldo and ***** were able to help us out. The worst dealer by far. Avoid at all cost. Don't fall for fake deals.I have purchased many cars through my life so far. This dealer is the worst by far. I came in for a good deal and by the time I finished, I found myself $2500 more than what I wanted to be. Addition of accessories and lowing the value of my trade. That is not the worst yet. Do not do business with them, BEWARE. Negotiated a $1,000 deposit to $500 for a 2022 Honda Civic honored by a manager and when we called to pay very unprofessional & rude business development manager, ******* said he could not take my payment over the phone and had no idea why the person we spoke with told us they would take the payment. Inhuman and unethical place. After the accident i needed the car urgently. But the accident was least of the worries.
