At this point almost three months later the total expereince has been a disaster. I bought from them and I am from out of state. They will not hold a car even for a time. As such we went through the entire purchase process other than sign the dotted line and still they would not hold the vehicle. Zero stars. I have been needing my weather strip fixed since late June/early July now and have brought my vehicle there twice. The first two times they didnt have the correct part, or my spare key. Very bad service experience on 07/07/24. ** who is a service manager made me jump through hoops to use valid coupon for an oil change and damaged my car mirror, but hasn't fixed it because "one of our cameras is broken and we can't verify you didn't hit something pulling into the garage". I won't be buying anymore vehicles from this business. ** also lied about various things he said to me. No thank you. I will take my business to another dealer.

We found the vehicle we wanted on their website after doing a lot of research of the vehicle we wanted and visited other dealerships. They had the vehicle and the price we wanted. Called them 3 times to inquire about the vehicle. **** the used car sales manager and ******** tried to rip me off off **** dollars and give me an interest rate 2 points above my good credit worthiness they also charged me 595 dollars for a paint and dent service I did not receive I also cancelled the tire insurance and received a recipient saying they were refunding both if I took my negative review down from ****** then ********* the finance manager stated I would have a credit for 342 back to my auto loan and receive a check for the 595 on the paint service he admitted I... read more
Dealership has no honor whatsoever...Sleazy sales manager ***** knew of an existing issue at the time of sale of my vehicle and decided to dishonor the promise to resolve the issue noted, again, at the time of sale.Granted life happens and I was unable to come to into the dealership before the termination of the ** term, but just goes to show customer service is all show and no go...In fact I told them I drove all the way from ******* to get this fix done but they didn't care or wink an eye to help me out when I needed them.... read more
