In looking for a new Honda pilot we were not finding many on the lots. McGrath said they had one that we wanted coming in. They demanded a $2500 deposit that was NONREFUNDABLE. Which i believe is illegal. Not only that when it came to trying to nail down a price they did not negotiate on anything. Including the $347.26 doc fee. I sold a car to McGrath Honda. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience, was given a top dollar price match from a nationwide used car franchise offer, and through the whole deal was treated well.
****** provided very informative and speedy sales service. Helped me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase from beginning to end.
They add undercoating and fabric protection and won't remove it from the cost of a car I don't know why except that I was tired of searching for a certified used crv. I did buy it but still feel taken advantage of.
Same car dealership "dirty" sales practices as 20 years ago -We recently purchased a used truck from McGrath Honda. We saw it online and confirmed the price with their internet salesperson. Simple & easy -right? Not so when we came in person to purchase the vehicle. The window stick misrepresented the features of the truck. Presented me with a quote before showing me the CarFax which is unusual because I requested it several times. Then the used car manager showed up with it while the salesman became as quiet as a mouse in a corner. Very unusual after being embullient from start to the CarFax request again. The used Honda Passport 2019 had been in two accidents. Was purchased at an auction. "Hey what if we knocked $500 off our price for you......" Such an incorrigible person to experience.

This dealership needs much better service. This is 2022 and people find cars themselves online. This dealer doesnt allow you to buy or place deposits over the phone. They tell you first come first serve. Ok, fine I guess. I setup an appointment for open at 9am. They state if by chance the truck sells in the ************* hours the dealer was open the night before they would call me. The manager told me this, along with ***.
