Friendly people and very helpful but I feel like location on center point rd in Cedar Rapids service department needs upgraded. Fast friendly service but Compared to other dealer service departments I’ve been too this one is definitely lacking. Need to have car wash included with service and a beverage station/snacks would be great improvements.

I had a phenomenal first car buying experience, thanks to Tyler! He was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and car buying process! He even allowed me to bring in the toughest critique (my 80 pound puppy) to approve of the purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of Tyler and his genuine care for his customers! I worked with Erik Smith from sales. Great guy and I enjoyed my experience with him. It has been 5 days and I had to take my 2014 focus, with 27k miles, in for service because it was getting more and more sluggish. I drove it for 15 minutes during my test drive and it didn't act this way. It was at the service center for 24 hours and they call me right before they close today to tell me that it's just the way the car drives. They drove it and that's the way it is.
