I worked with Erik Smith from sales. Great guy and I enjoyed my experience with him. It has been 5 days and I had to take my 2014 focus, with 27k miles, in for service because it was getting more and more sluggish. I drove it for 15 minutes during my test drive and it didn't act this way. It was at the service center for 24 hours and they call me right before they close today to tell me that it's just the way the car drives. They drove it and that's the way it is. WORST STEALERSHIP EVER, BUNCH OF FUCKING SCUMBAGS, AFTER NATE WALT SOLD ME $55,000 LEMON TRUCK THEY OFFER ME $10,000 LESS THAN WHAT THE TRUCK BOOKED FOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, then the service department didnt perform some warranty work because the "customer didnt have time" is what my service receipt said. When I dropped the piece off shit of I told them to not even call me until everything is fixed correctly.
