Was told I could bring my vehicle ANYTIME if I wanted an oil change. Was asked to come sign something so I drove 1 1/2 hours to sign one little paper and was told they could not service my vehicle.
Working with Mike Gunn and T.J. was an awesome experience. They truly listened to what we wanted and they delivered. We only went in looking to purchase a new truck for my husband and ended up walking away with a new SUV for myself! We have tried out other dealerships, but McGrath always delivers!
I had a great experience. I never thought I could get a 2020 but Jared listened to what I wanted and really matched me to the vehicle of my dreams. One of the least pressured visits I have had with a big dealership. I will definitely be going back when I want to trade in my Jeep. ( But it will be a few years, lol)
