Friendly people and very helpful but I feel like location on center point rd in Cedar Rapids service department needs upgraded. Fast friendly service but Compared to other dealer service departments I’ve been too this one is definitely lacking. Need to have car wash included with service and a beverage station/snacks would be great improvements.

Chad Harmer was wonderful to work with! Even after the buying process Chad continued to reach out to make sure I was still satisfied with my new vehicle. His customer service was phenomenal! We were at the dealership passed close and Chad didn’t complain once and even offered to go grab us something to eat. The experience we had with sales all the way to finance was wonderful. I was disappointed in his drink of choice (Jagermeister), but when we started talking Hellcats I knew we were going to get along. ;) John was patient, kind and listened carefully to all of my questions and he worked diligently to get me the car I wanted. It took the whole village to deal with me but I am extremely happy with my 2017 Jeep Renegade! I had a phenomenal first car buying experience, thanks to Tyler! He was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and car buying process! He even allowed me to bring in the toughest critique (my 80 pound puppy) to approve of the purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of Tyler and his genuine care for his customers!
