Chad Harmer was wonderful to work with! Even after the buying process Chad continued to reach out to make sure I was still satisfied with my new vehicle. His customer service was phenomenal! We were at the dealership passed close and Chad didn’t complain once and even offered to go grab us something to eat. The experience we had with sales all the way to finance was wonderful. I was disappointed in his drink of choice (Jagermeister), but when we started talking Hellcats I knew we were going to get along. ;) John was patient, kind and listened carefully to all of my questions and he worked diligently to get me the car I wanted. I had a phenomenal first car buying experience, thanks to Tyler! He was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and car buying process! He even allowed me to bring in the toughest critique (my 80 pound puppy) to approve of the purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of Tyler and his genuine care for his customers! I WORKED WITH ALEX EGGERS ON BUYING MY JEEP! HE WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND MADE THE PROCESS SO SMOOTH. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR ON MY OWN SO HE WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND TOOK GREAT CARE TO MAKE SURE I WAS MAKING THE BEST CHOICES FOR WHAT I NEEDED. I PROBABLY WENT IN ABOUT 4 TIMES AND THE FIRST 4 I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WANTED OR WHAT I WAS DOING, AND HE WAS SO PATIENT THROUGH IT ALL. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AND HELPED ME GET A CAR I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!
