I would not recommend McGrath to anyone who cares about their car and getting it fixed right the first time. I had a recall on my 2016 Jeep in which they looked at and determined it was fine. My check engine light was on and my car was near overheating every-time I drove it, which I told the advisor when I dropped off my car. I got a call 3 hours after dropping it off to pick it up and guess what, nothing was done. It took them 3 hours to look at my car and determine my recall was is good working order. Dylan helped out a lot in getting me the most for my trade-in. He was patient and understanding when it came to price and finding a good option for my budget. My only issue with my experience was when it came time to sign the paperwork and the haggling began with the finance department. I stated I only wanted the warranty and the GAP coverage but still ended up with undercarriage rust protection and diamond fusion on my bill. I worked with John Blaber to purchase a 2020 Wrangler. This was done completely via text (I live two hours away) and went very smoothly, with no surprises. I only wish they would have discussed warranty/undercoating prior to my arrival so that I could have taken the Jeep home with me the same day. It will be delivered to me so I don't have to make another trip, so that is nice. So far, I would recommend this dealership.

These people are crooks. bought a car from them , because a friend was working there. Took the vehicle i for an oil change. Bill was over $100. When I inquired as to why I was told because this vehicle requires 100% synthetic oil. I just found out that was a complete lie and just had my oil changed for $35. This is the second time I have believed their lies to find out later they were just making more money from a loyal customer.
Found a nice car here and it was delivered so we didn't have to be exposed to any possible virus.
