Brady was extremely helpful and friendly. once I gave him the list of what I wanted in my truck, he helped me find one with no hesitation. Jake was also helpful on completing the financial portion for the truck. Both were able to answer any and all questions!
Friendly people and very helpful but I feel like location on center point rd in Cedar Rapids service department needs upgraded. Fast friendly service but Compared to other dealer service departments I’ve been too this one is definitely lacking. Need to have car wash included with service and a beverage station/snacks would be great improvements.
