My wife and I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Lattitude from McGrath. Jeremy Smith was the salesman who helped us with our purchase. We did a great deal of homework prior to meeting Jeremy who was extremely helpful and very personable. We drove every vehicle in class and chose the Jeep Cherokee. When you buy a car from this place and they say they will take car of you o believe me they will just not the way you would hope. They will shaft you bad I have to pay almost 600 by April 2 and make my car payment by April 1 and they basically said f you in so min works. Told me there is nothing they can do for me even if it was there mess up on the paperwork

I had a very good experience from messages back and forth with Melonie, because I live 2 1/2 hours from Cedar Rapids, to Jeff who went through test drives and getting a decent price out of my trade in. I would come back and will definately look when purchasing another vehicle in the future. Love the 2014 Dodge Journey. Thanks again!

I purchased my 2015 Jeep Renegade here in October and I LOVE it so far! It was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and I was very pleased with my experience overall. McGrath by far gave me the best price and service after I had visited 3 different Jeep dealerships in the area. A couple weeks later, I began to have problems with the automatic locks on my vehicle so I called and was given a next-day appointment. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I've had car shopping. After setting up a test drive time, driving 2-1/2 hours and having 2 confirmation calls on the drive over to ensure it was ready, the vehicle "didn't exist" in their inventory. 10 million excuses on what happened yet nothing to compensate me for 5+ hours and 350 miles of wasted drive time when I could have been purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Tho the purchase process was rather smooth the same can not I repeat CANNOT be said for the service after the sale. After spending the most I've ever spent on vehicle it was delivered incomplete. After noticing what was missing a call to the store n mgmt group was no use. I was told that I should've noticed sooner. Our salesman John Egley was wonderful! I was not an easy customer but he kept working hard to find exactly what we wanted with a price that we could agree on. He was professional and courteous through it all. The financial people did not play games as we have had other dealers do and gave us what I think was a good deal. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have had and will certainly be back when looking to buy another car.
