I had a pleasant experience. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the car I came to see had been moved to another location and I had to wait at the dealership for several hours until the car was returned. While waiting, my salesperson Eric Smith was really helpful and took me out to check out several other cars that I was interested in. He ended up staying quite late as well to work out the final details of the purchase and has been in frequent contact with me since.
Treated me well so far, I should know more clearly tomorrow!!!
These gentlemen bent over backwards to help me get out of my hunk of junk and into a beautiful Volkswagen! Buying a car isn't supposed to be as easy as they made it!
My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Pacifica. The experience for the most part was excellent. We had 2 small children with us and they helped to expedite the process as much as possible, from sales through finance they worked with us very well. The only thing I could say was the original trade offer for our trade was and little low but upon my mentioning they went over the numbers again made things a little better. The Mcgrath's have a great friendly family run business. If you want a place that cares about the vehicles they put on their lot and their customers. Then this is the place to buy a car! They go the extra mile to make their customers happy.
I normally hate being in a car dealership and cannot stand it. But Jeremy Smith did an excellent job and was very informative. It was the first laid back and low pressure experience I have had at a dealership and would not have any hesitation shopping there again. Thank you

Went in today 1/27/17 to see if I could purchase a new minivan for my family, Justin Powrie is an awesome sales rep, walked my wife and I through all the steps, after some obligatory haggling, we arrived at terms that I was comfortable with. He and the rest of the team at Pat McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat are great people who will work to make it happen! We especially loved the sendoff as we drove out of the showroom!
