We have heard such great things about this dealership and was interested in test driving a Chrysler Pacifica. So we went on Saturday, 08/19/2017, just to look at them and take a test drive. They had a great selection and inventory on hand. We immediately were taken care of by salesman, Jake Long. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. Overall it was an amazing experience he got me into a vehicle that same day.. But There was issues with the vehicle and had to take into the shop twice. All though Patrick delt with the issuse in a timely manner and was over all a great guy!!

Tom Finn he's the guy for you! When we stopped by Pat McGraths, we had already been dealing with another dealership previously for four hours. Tom came to us while looking at the vehicle we really wanted and we laid out what we were looking for, what we really wanted to pay, and stated we didn't want to spend the rest of our day "dealing" for a vehicle. I have now purchased 2 vehicles in less than a year from here! My boyfriend and I purchased a 2015 challenger in June and we had such an amazing experience that i just went back and bought myself a 2015 jeep! Justin made sure we were in good hands and got us into the vehicles that were just what we were looking for. The finance department is really pushy but if you know what you need and stand your ground the overall experience is still great.

I went in here as a first time car buyer and was in a bit of a hardship and McGrath really helped me out. It's no secret the service here is awful. I didn't have high expectations... That said, they owe me a key fob. So I scheduled long ago, sales said 30 minutes. I arrived and service told me 60. I came back after an hour and 20, they said 10 more minutes. I stopped him from doing my plates for me, because my husband and three year old have been waiting half an hour. 15 minutes shy of 2 hours and I'm finally leaving!

I bought a 2011 buick regal 2 years ago, 3 months after purchasing it the timing belt went out, they said they pretty much had to replace the whole motor, it's now been 2 years since they last fixed it and the timing belt broke again and you guys wont do anything about it since its been over a year, there is no way my timing should have broke again in 2 years either you didnt really fix it or you didnt fix it right, that was my 2nd car i bought from you guys, i will not be buying my 3rd car from you!

My husband Dan Kinney purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Justin Powrie and we are 100% satisfied with the purchase. They went above and beyond what we ever could have expected.
