This place has no customer service. The salesman was rude, unprofessional and sale hungry. We are out of state clients looking for a car to replace the car we totaled while traveling thru Cedar Rapids, IOWA. The minute he found out our situation and what we were looking for he started showing car anywhere $5,000 to $7,500 outside our budget while there was 10 car we could see on the lot in our budget. He made the experience HORRIBLE. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place since we need a vehicle immediately.
Tyler was amazing! Supper easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right Jeep! He answered all my questions and I got an amazing deal without having to haggle and waste time. They really do work with you to make you happy.

The sales team really know how to pair people with vehicles. Both myself and mt boyfriend got our Jeeps from McGrath Dodge. I just had mt Jeep Wrangler for about 2 days and thinking that i need about 6 inches of snow.
