Today we showed up at McGrath and received terrible service. We showed up at 5:30, and nobody was at the lot so we went inside the building and the first guy said he had to leave but would find someone else to help us. After waiting for a while someone came up to us and asked if we needed help, but then they informed us, rudely, that they were now closed so we needed to leave. This was after sitting there for a while without anybody coming to help us. We had trucks picked out and everything.
