When my grandmother and I came to Pat McGrath's we had a car in mind we wanted and Dalton Jacobson was able to help. We didn't end up with the car we came into get but Dalton knew what to do and how to help us. He also went over things my car does n I love it!! My car is great and I have both Dalton and Jason Stratton for finding it!!

I've never had a car buying experience run so smooth! Customer service was top notch from beginning to end. John Blaber, my salesman, was great at answering ALL of my questions and finding the JUST RIGHT vehicle for me. This was my third time buying from here and it won't be my last! I highly recommend the Pat McGrath team!

Bought the oil change package. 1st time in a tech broke my door handle and said it was broke when it came in. They said they checked the cameras in back and found the tech was not telling the truth. A few oil changes later I get all complete and check my paperwork and it shows my tire psi at 30 on all 4 tires. My digital dash reader shows 38 psi. I stop at a service station and they confirm 38 psi. Looking at my paperwork it appears that they just marked things off without actually doing the work. A call back got me nowhere,... read more

I worked with Eric recently and he helped me pick out the perfect Jeep Renegade. Purchasing a vehicle can be a lengthy process,Eric was easy going,listened to my concerns and was someone you could actually have a conversation with. I'm super happy with my Jeep and with everyone I interacted with there. Tyler George is pretty great too.

My husband and I had Tyler George!! He help us pick out my husbands car back in December before that snow storm. We spent about four hours with him and he didn't rush us at all. He listen to what we wanted and help us fine what we we were both looking for in a car and Yes, I named our new car after him (George)!! This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Pat Mcgrath. The first time I purchased my car right from this lot. This time I returned to the same lot but my dream car happened to be in Coralville. No worries though my sales person drove us right to it and I got to drive it back! I'm very pleased with my transaction at Pat McGrath. Shawn Cooper was easy to work with and I enjoyed working with him. As a single "older" lady, I'm always worried that someone will take advantage of that fact. I love my new Jeep and will recommend Shawn to my friends.
