Christmas came early this year for me! When to Pat McGrath this black Friday met with Sales consultant Patrick Davis. I was given excellent customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I got "pre-approved". So I drove up from Iowa City. To get told you are NOT approved. They broke the hood on my trade in. Then refused to fix it. Then I had to fight to get my keys back from the salesman. How can you brake a customer car and not care?
I would never go back to Pat McGrath Dealership again. Bought a previously owned 2011 Jeep Liberty from them plugged in my GPS and the part comes out of the dash , they won't fix it unless I pay to have them take the dash apart and the part myself. The brakes squeal and they can't recreate the sound so they won't even look. I gave up trying with them! I wanted my trade back within days and they wouldn't do it unless I wanted to buy it for retail! It's still under warranty. I USE MY GPS DAILY FOR MY JOB! I shouldn't have to t... read more
