RecommendedGreat sales staff, especially Seth Jellison and Andrew Pompei, they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We live over 2 hours away but we will definitely be back to deal with them again.
I worked with Alex Eggers yesterday and got to bring home my new Camaro. He made the process super easy and less stressful than I thought it would be. Seriously the best buying experience I’ve had. I def. recommend working with Alex, he was great!
Customer service is something else, all about the sales nothing else. Purchased many vehicles from McGrath. Will not be purchasing any more moving forward. Brought concerns to GM as he was chomping gum over the phone, dismissing the conversation. Done.. simple as that.
Literally the worst car dealership in the Cedar Rapids area. They will do anything to get a sale out of you. The Mcgrath family is a little cult and they don’t pay any attention or care about customer loyalty or their hard working employees. This company is run on pure greed, do not buy your cars from them!
Our salesperson, Layne, and manager, Ray, were both very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the vehicle ordering process. Both seem like good guys. We’re very happy with our new vehicle so far!
Poor customer service nobody returns your call when there is problem with ur purchase the owner of mcgrath wont even return my call if i could give the car back I would one of the worst deals i ever made i guess you learn from your mistakes

Tristan Holt was my sales rep when I bought my 2020 Kia Sportage. Matthew was the loan guy. I give them ratings of 10. On a side note, my 2012 Hyundai was totaled on July 5th. When I came in everyone differed to my husband, Gary. So I explained that I was the one buying the car. Today Gary received a thank you note from Lindsay McGrath on his purchase.
