Salesman, Elijah, told me he would not start the process of paperwork until I was committed to buying that night and pressured me into purchasing my car. Business manager, Alex, forced me into signing an additional $4,000 service contract that I told him I didn’t want or need multiple times and he did not verbally explain to me that the contract was optional. They’re are a very poor dealership, due to the outrageous cars they put on their lots without even being serviced. An oil change was due in 800 miles and they are letting people drive the car with dark corroding oil. I took an Audi A4 to my personal mechanic and it needed $3800 in repairs that weren’t even mentioned to me pre-inspection. Overall don’t buy from McGrath unless you want hidden expenses and poor salesmanship👎🏽

From what I've seen with the way they've treated my friends I would not recommend buying a vehicle from McGrath. Once they got the vehicle and all of the paperwork McGrath tried to cancel their loan and keep sending people to try to take the vehicle they paid for. McGrath is not who I would recommend if you need a vehicle.

Do not bother with their service dept. My husband was in on a Thursday wanting to buy grips for my motorcycle. in line for over 30 mins with no movement. They refused to let him pay anywhere but that desk so he finally left.
I have never had a company go such great lengths to get me into a vehicle that is safe and low miles while maintaining a bottom line monthly payment i could afford! Thank you Andrew P for all the help and McGrath for working so hard to finance me. ❤❤
I went and bought a used car from there that was supposed to be certified and the transmission went out within a month of having it. Ran my credit excessively and didn't tell me how many times or to what banks until after it was done. 0/5 stars. I'd choose any other dealship.
