MIKE H!!!!! I went to Key Auto first and they wanted nothing to do with my service because I am a first time buyer with no credit and didn’t have a co-signer so we went to McGrath and they were outstanding I even sent an email to the owner!!! Ethan and Mike immediately started to plug and chug numbers to help me out and I walked away with a beautiful 2014 Hyundai Accent that I absolutely love!!! Go to mike he’s the guy!!!
I recently filled bankruptcy a year ago due to unforseen circumstances due to a fire.As big as they are circumstances meant nothing to them. i work hard for a living which meant nothing without the money to back it up. I will start by saying when we first started my new to me vehicle search, I started at the coralville store working with Alex. he agreed to bring a truck to westdale for me to look at. Alright. Service center charged $356 labor to do an hour job of changing a starter on a 2006 Grand Caravan. Then the tech only put 2 of the three bolts in to mount it.
