I was helped by Zach Bullock at the Dubuque location while searching for a used car. The service at McGrath was timely and I felt the staff prioritized finding a car that would fit my needs. I made two separate trips to McGrath, and they were helpful in bringing in cars from other locations for me to look at. Zach did a great job making sure I wasn't rushed in my decision, and that I was comfortable with the vehicle I chose.
RecommendedI used the Davenport location when shopping for my next vehicle. The staff was really easy to work with & found me a very nice scion. They listen to what I wanted & after they found it they worked to make sure I was happy with the outcome. A few things that was missing they are working to get :). Great place to shop very large inventory. They can usually track down what u want & have it at there store with in a day.
I had several questions about buying or leasing a new or used vehicle and Brian Haight was very helpful answering questions and helping me in my search.

We bought a vehicle March 1st the experience was great really nice people BUT about 10 minutes into our drive away we noticed a small chip in the windshield and when we got home we also noticed our second key FOB didn’t work...we called immediately about both issues and were basically just told they would get back to us and after two weeks of calling off and on finally got through to a lady that helped me out completely with all issues we are currently having so hopefully we get them resolved and as long as everything is res... read more
