Noonya and Adrian were the best!
They still owe me $2300 from an extended warranty (2999) I cancelled in 2015. been calling almost daily, emailing daily, and visited as many times as my job permits. Recently received a check for about $600 which is clearly a joke and slap in the face. will be taking to small claims court and making sure I get every single penny back. Would not recommend by any means.
I communicated with Jasmine Banks at McGrath multiple times over the phone. I did my homework, my TLX was coming off its lease from 2015. I was straightforward with Jasmine and she was straightforward with me. I appreciated that along with her demeanor, attitude and willingness to get a deal done. Sales isn't easy, but Jasmine handled herself very well and made my experience pleasant. She has a bright future ahead of her.
First time car buyer experience here! Everyone that I worked with was super friendly and informative, as well as transparent about pricing. I worked with Noonya and Elson to make a deal and we were quickly able to work out a price that I was comfortable with paying for my new TLX. Aimee did a great job in going over my financing options after the paperwork was signed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family for their future Acura purchases!
Great experience! I only stopped by for a test drive, but left with a 2018 RDX. The sales staff knew how to listen and were very professional in every aspect. Octabio Martinez was my sales person. Great listener and found a solution to every single one of my problems/questions. The staff stayed with me past 11PM to complete all the paperwork and to set up my new vehicle with me. My husband and I just recently purchased our second MDX from McGrath. We work with Noonya each time we are purchasing.
