Has been beyond frustrating, purchased a new ILX and had to go out of our way to return to the dealer a week later as they had us fill out paper work for a car that was already sold. Then had to have a new car in for service to chase vibrations, which I understand isn’t the dealers issue entirely. But the last straw is their failure to pay off my wife’s car in which traded in.
Consider another Acura location before you are stuck dealing with the incompetence at this dealer.
I bought a 2018 TLX and absolutely love it.
Santiago Prosper did a very good job. He was very kind and knows what he is doing. You can tell he enjoys his job and will direct you properly. He will definitely be able to convince you that Acura is the best option for you. Would recommend him if you're going in to view a car!
Terrible customer service. Do not buy your car here. Once they sell you a car they don't care. Service department will not address safety issues for your car. Go to a different Acura dealership. The dealership in Merrillville and Orland Park follow through with customer service. Worst dealership I have ever been to.
Please do not buy a car from this dealership. If you do, do so at your own risk. I bought an extended warranty which is I have tried to cancel and have my monies refunded and they have refused to refund my monies. In fact Amy, the woman with whom I have been trying to speak, and the only way I was able to get her one time was to actually go into the dealership, tried to convince me that my extended warranty ran concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
