The buying experience was terrific. They have a huge selection of top-of-the-line vehicles and the sales staff is friendly and dedicated to finding YOU the right vehicle. Came there yesterday for an oil change service. The car was returned dirty with a wrong mileage shown on papers 22437 instead of 17004. I asked the rep. to check my tire pressure and was told the tech did but all 4 tires showed a different air pressure of 33,34 front and 37,35 rear. I had a damage on my left door as well. David the assistant manager told me that the manager will call me today. Nobody did. Very bad service and people who lie to you. I expected a better service from Acura dealership. Will never come back.
Absolutely love my 2019 RDX. The features , technology along with the performance and safety features made this a easy choice to buy! The staff was professional and even patient with me going back and forth with color. Explaining of all the features was great, everyone in the dealership from sales, product specialist , Rick in finance was professional and really easy to work with. The service department also excellent as they helped me unload my trade in! The whole experience was excellent , easy and even fast. Thank you

I dropped my car off at service a couple of days ago to get my speaker fixed and a couple of other issues with the car. I was given a loaner car and went about my way. I wake up this morning as I was going to work, and someone stole all 4 wheels off the car. I immediately called the police and the dealership to let them know what had happen.
