Great customer service from the manager mr. Elson yu to his associate Mr. Rash jackson. they helped me get the perfect car within my specification and budget. We got everything done in less than two hours fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend them they would really try their best to help you in anyway they can. The best dealership in town!
Enjoyed the wonderful experience we had doing business at McGrath Acura in Morton Grove. Our man of the day Dan Edelstein was just awesome guiding us along. All we came in contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable not to mention very assisting. They helped us to get just where we wanted to go. We think we've found our Dealership.
I recently purchased an Audi A5 from McGrath Audi, and I was not happy with my experience and transaction, and I sent a letter to Mr.Gary McGrath and related my concerns. He immediately arranged for the General Manager of Audi Morton Grove to come to my home , and make sure that they corrected my complaints and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the transaction and their service. I feel Audi Morton Grove were responsive to my issues and totally made amends to my satisfaction.

I'm writing a review based on my third purchase at Mc Grath Acura of Morton Grove. My previous two experiences were fine which is why I came back a third time. I just wanna take a time out to say when I was looking for a used car I came across this dealership mcgrath Acura in Morton Grove . Came across this young lady named noonya taroyan. She was very helpful in helping me find a nice used vehicle she found me a Chrysler Pacifica clean as a whistle top to bottom very satisfied customer.
