I would select no stars but it wouldn't let me. The Rodney Parham office staff is the absolute rudest bunch of people! Appointment times mean nothing to them unless your late then they charge you $75. Over four hour wait times are VERY common. They don't care about you as a person. You are just a number to them $$$$$. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this place and find another to have cataract or Lasik surgery. There are much better doctors out there. Worst experience! Not one day has past that I haven't regretted having cataract surgery at this place! I could see better with the cataracts than I do without. I even opted for the premium lenses. WHAT RIP OFF!!! They bounce you from one doctor to another and no one knows how to read your chart. Once they get your money, they will make you sit and wait for HOURS past your appointment time before you get to see the doctor.
