Gets more than half of my McDelivery orders wrong with missing items. And there's no way to even get the money back when ordering on McDonalds app. Can those pulling the orders together read?? Update: Ordered for collection, where I could check the order for missing items myself. Would you believe YET AGAIN they missed off the fries from all the meals and had to flag someone down in the kitchen to fix it. Is it really that hard to complete a 3 component meal!? Clearly for this lot.
Thank you to the manager Julia, I placed an order through just eat which has an issue, I rang the McDonald’s and asked if I can come down and make a swap for the correct burger. Julia was very friendly and apologetic advised me to come down and was also given a free McFlurry for my nephew. much appreciated
