Ok first tell me why the order took 25 minutes?? Second I barely had anywhere to sit. Also the toilets were closed due to some cleaning. Absolutely terrible.. It was only good a couple of years ago and there was barely in employees. I saw a employee putting the food in like a fricking snail.
Horrible service. Waiting for order too long,food cold but the worst it's how they prepared the food not used single use gloves. Disgusting

Ordered to eat in and given in a takeaway bag, place was covered in messy tables, bin full and a pile of swept rubbish on the floor that must have been there at least 20min as from when we ordered to when it was cleaned, no idea how long it sat before hand. Didn't get given bbq sauce or straws and none in the dispenser so waited at the counter for at least 5min with no acknowledgement so ended up walking into the kitchen to ask for them myself. Place has been going downhill for a while now.
Absolutely disgusting, burgers cold, fries cold, order incomplete. Horrendous. Avoid.
