Came in at 12.15am, On the way home from Birmingham after a concert. no one else in the place only a man fast asleep on the chair. Waited 20 mins for our food. Hot chocolate had hardly any chocolate in it, and the chicken in the wrap was stone cold. Girl with pink in her hair had got NO customer service when we took it back, NO sorry, please or thank you at all and a smerk across her face. We asked to see the manager. Laziest most unprofessional staff ever you literally have to cook a burger how hard is it you melts instead they lie to you constantly and just sit doing nothing
Ordered food not far from two hours ago now it took 11 calls to get through to them and then they said one minute it’s busy to the next lie of apparently my driver isn’t there but I am literally talking to my driver as I’m on the phone to them and then they just put the phone down I attempted to to call back and just get ignored!
Had a not so great experience on a prior visit but Phoebe the shift manager made up for it with great service. Give them a raise 🫶
