The visit I made today to this McDonald’s was an average expected visit in my opinion. I ordered an item via the mobile app and this proved easy; I customised the item but it was done incorrectly, my order was inaccurate. When I went to collect my order the member of staff was preparing two orders at the same time which they shouldn’t be and mine was ready, but I had to wait whilst they made the other order.
