Been to this mcdonalds a few times over the last few months. It can be hit and miss to how hot the food is, having visited today I actually found it hot and really good. Service was good, staff member on the drive through was polite and pleasant. Its a fast food restaurant, dont set your sights high,

Had chips, Mc spicy burger and Caramel Ice Frappe. The burger was delicious and the right amount of spice. Excellent customer service. Would stop by again whenever I am at Potters Bar Station.
Service is not consistent, Sometimes good and sometimes bad..
