I ordered caramel frappe in drive through. Never ordered before didn't know it came with cream. When I collected it I asked what kind of cream it was. Server came back with answer white cream!!! I said I was allergic to soya milk and just needed to know if it was cows milk. Server came back and didn't know so Business Manager came to window and said he didn't know and wasn't allowed to tell me I had to look it up!!! Suggested they serve me with no cream only to be served with a melted drink. Got money back
