Completely mixed up our orders with someone else’s and given us the wrong drink entirely once we complained they said there was nothing they could do as we had sipped some of it already - my bad for only realising we weren’t served the right drink once we tasted it (it was one of the new drinks and there was no way of knowing before hand). Multiple times ordered and missing food tried contacting the restaurant and no answer to arrange anything missing meals and expensive items etc wouldn't use
