I am making a more formal complaint about a deceitful and very rude worker there but also need to plaster my experience everywhere I can seeming though there’s a rude and lying staff member who works there. At 14:37pm on 25/07/2025 I spoke to a young ish sounding male about an error on an order that happened from uber. No more fast food, it is a long wait food, like a restaurant. 20 mins for a cheeseburger and a coke, its a bad joke, not fast food. Bon chance

At a busy junction by Sleaford Fast service once you’re mastered the self-order machines lol with mc Donald’s you know what to expect concerning the food it generally looks like the photos on the ordering machines or on the app. So you’re normally not disappointed with your choice of item. It’s not what mc Donald’s exceed in doing that makes them so successful it’s what they don’t do when comparing them to other outlets. A meal generally within 5-7 minutes of ordering. Staff useless management useless No staff on till So drove down to next window just to be told I either walk back and have to pay at the other counter or drive round again and wait ask to speak to manager which would not give me her name to complain about as her staff. I’ve also been given other jobs to do instead of serving the customers which are queueing outside. !! So much for customer services So if you want to be messed about go to this McDonald’s
