They are very rarely open of a nighttime. You get there you can wait 10 mins no one will answer, or the bins are blocking the drive through. When they are open you pretty much certain get a person who dont want to be there take your order sounding miserable with no manners. On the odd occasion you get a lad on I think possibly a manager who is brilliant. Bolton seems to be the best one and they are really friendly.
Absolute shambles. Waited 15-20 mins in the carpark and then I walked in asking where my food was. Staff lost the receipt and had to make it again. Didn’t seem to be any sort of management happening and very disorganised. Won’t be spending my money here again.
Sitting frustrated, slowest service ever . Food comes cold and prepared hours back. Mcd perhaps doesn't even care.
