As soon as I pulled into the car park on a busy Saturday afternoon, the dual carriageway I pulled off & car park was of course VERY busy. But the drive-through although cars were pulling in – the drive-through was flowing nicely & speaker was answered immediately by a very pleasant and polite lady.
