With warmth, god
Most of the time the service is okay but it’s actually when they are the quietest the service is shocking. I waited nearly 20 minutes today for my meal (just chicken nuggets, cheeseburger and fries) - shockingly no apology. Luckily a lovely staff member noticed I was waiting and helped get my meal otherwise I know I would of been waiting another 10-15 minutes They weren’t even busy when I ordered - I was number 19 and they were completing orders for orders in the 30s when I finally got mine
Wow, I will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again! It feels more like a prison than a restaurant. I was uncomfortable every second I was inside. The food and service were just fine, but whoever designed it needs to find a different job.
