Terrible customer service. We placed an order today (March 29, 2026) using the self-service screen but didn’t receive a receipt, so we had no idea what our order number was. After waiting and trying to figure it out, we eventually managed to collect our food. When we got home, we discovered that one of the burgers was missing. We called the restaurant, but after being kept on the line for a while, the store manager hung up on us. We then returned to McDonald’s to return the already cold order. Haven't had a McDonald's for ages and really fancied one so hubby and I made our way to McDonald's at Riverside that we used to visit often. Food arrived promptly as it was late in the evening so not busy on a Tuesday night. However the Philly cheese hubby chose, which looked so good on the adverts (he ordered 2 )was small, dried and tasteless.
