Too many times the incompetence of the staff means you leave without all your food, or the sauces requested. Just today we got a delivery order where they didn't include the kids nuggets or happy meal toys, only the chips...... when I rang the store to complain they tried to pass the buck to Ubereats as they do the delivery, but it's the store staff who failed to pack the order correctly. Usually we just nip into Fatdonalds for a quick fix of nugs for the kids, but this time we all actually grabbed a burger, and I’ve got to say, the McSpicy chicken burger was actually quite decent. Surprisingly tasty, even if it was, as you'd expect, hurled into the box at the speed of light. What really stood out though was the service. The driver through really slow, about 10 minutes for a coffee.
The staff in this Mc Donald's are appalling, I have been here countless times and I always have to check my order when it comes as there is always something missing. Management don't care or notice if there were any other options closer this place would never be used.
