This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. The service is terrible, especially for delivery drivers. Today I picked up an order and drove 7 miles to the McDonald's location, only to wait for 30 minutes. They had very loud music playing, and because of that no one was coming to assist. When the manager finally came after 30 minutes, they told me to wait another 15 minutes, even though there were only two orders and no other customers — neither at the drive-through nor at the counter. This is weird giving McDonalds a 5 star review but yes, it’s deserved. We used the app to place an order 2-3 hours in advance for 8 meals. We drove past the Prudhoe location on the way to my son’s party and unfortunately it triggered the “you’ve arrived” notification. I called Prudhoe McDonald’s using the number on google and surprisingly they picked up. It all got sorted.
