20 minute wait for cold food, no manager in sight for the whole 20 minutes. Someone waited over ten for a single drink order. Absolutely useless. Not ideal after a long flight. The phrase "fast food" seems ironic here. Although I did see the same delivery driver come twice in that period. Are people who order online always prioritised over in person customers here?
I had a truly awful experience at this McDonald’s because of the manager Billy and Minu (of Indian descent). From the start, both were extremely rude, aggressive, and intimidating when I politely asked if my food could be made fresh. Instead of treating me with basic respect, they gave me nasty looks and dismissive, unhelpful responses that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. When my food came out, it was clearly stale.
