AWFUL experience - car queueing system is chaotic. Waiting time shocking ... I was asked to park at 2nd collection window and then forgotten about despite already being given my drinks. I went back to payment window to find out where my order was and saw staff frantically trying to match order receipts with food ... there must have been approx 10 open bags of food being checked. I witnessed people who had been asked to park up walking to payment window requesting refunds .. awful experience .. avoid
The drive in section is absolutely slow up to 10 minutes or more on 80 percent of the time I drive through and now it’s never open at 7 am
