Great service
I was really disappointed to find a piece of plastic, similar to cling film, at the bottom of my milkshake. This is a serious hygiene concern and raises questions about the cleanliness and quality control of the place. I expected better standards, especially when paying for what’s supposed to be a treat. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Not only does this store not follow their procedures by marking your food as ready to collect as soon as you place your order. They mark it as collected before they even prep the meal at the end of the conveyor system, causing them to make mistakes and not add items that you've paid for. Then I notice they walk away with the copy of the recipt so by the time you walk away to eat it you have nothing to show them. I hope the effort taken to miss 3 hashbrowns helps pay the bills.
